Tension of the Opposites (Original Music by Joy Domingo)

Hear one of God’s instruments, through Joy’s music in raw, acoustic form…
I
have been reminding her (Joy) that instead of audio recording her
original compositions that she record it on video. Well, so that we
can upload it on You tube and other video blogs providers, and also
because multiply sometimes has audio downloading problems.
However
sans the video (and i think it would take her forever to do it) I can’t
wait to tell you about my good friend, Joy Domingo. She was introduced
to me in year 2002, the schoolyear when I was about to graduate in
college and I was at one of the lowest points in my life. She was the
North A leader of Youth for Christ (San Juan Area) and Christine
Guevarra, my spritual adviser invited me to one of their band
practices.
Joy
was in a gray shirt and the first person to greet me at the Guevarra
Residence, with a big smile on her face. I didn’t find her interesting
(peace joy!) so I just greeted her with a smile and a simple "hi!" but
the girl kept talking to me, asking me to sing. She asked me to
sing!!!
And
so… I became a part of their band, HUMAN IMPERFECT where songs are
originally composed by Joy Domingo herself and Christine as lyricist.
My
experience in this band and the friendships that I made with them truly
made me a better and a happier person. My life has never been the same
since then. As I said, she is a God’s intrument - her person, her
friendship and her music.
